Bloodbath As Military Kills Many Boko Haram Terrorists In Massive Airstrikes In Borno




The Air Activity Power of Operation Lafiya Dole below subsidiary ‘Operation Hail Storm 2’, has eradicated scores of terrorists in huge airstrikes on their camps in Borno.


The Coordinator, Defence Media Operations, Maj.-Gen. John Enenche, disclosed this in an announcement on Saturday in Abuja.


Enenche stated the newest success was the large destruction of Boko Haram camps at Tongule on Sept. 24 in addition to these at Bone and Isari B Musa on Sept. 25.


He defined that the air strike on Tongule was undertaken after surveillance missions revealed continued meeting of the terrorists throughout the settlement at nighttime.


In keeping with him, the Air Activity Power dispatched Nigerian Air Power (NAF) helicopter gunships for an evening assault on the situation, with their barrage of rockets neutralising a number of of the terrorists.


“At Bone, a settlement alongside the Yale-Kumshe axis, however, was attacked by a pressure bundle of NAF fighter jets and helicopter gunships after credible intelligence stories established that the situation served as a staging space from the place the terrorists launch assaults.

“The NAF assault plane engaged the situation in a number of bomb and rocket runs, destroying a number of of their buildings and neutralizing scores of terrorists.

“Equally, at Isari B Musa a number of terrorists, who had been noticed each inside and in bushes surrounding the settlement, had been taken out because the NAF assault plane took turns in participating the goal space,” he stated.
