BREAKING: EFCC speaks on Magu’s ‘arrest’

The Appearing Chairman of the Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu, was “not arrested” on Monday.

In response to the EFCC, he solely honoured an invite by a Presidential Panel reviewing the actions of the company.

The Head of Media, Dele Oyewale, mentioned this in a press release on Monday.

He mentioned the overview was held on the Banquet Corridor wing of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Oyewale defined that Magu “was served the invitation to the Panel, whereas on his option to the Pressure Headquarters, Abuja, for a gathering.”

He insisted that the EFCC boss “was neither arrested nor compelled to honour the invitation”.

The spokesman disclosed member of EFCC authorized group was additionally with Magu as he confronted the panel.

Magu was picked by the Division of State Service in Wuse and brought to the Villa.
