Lagos State authorities on Monday night ordered the closure of all colleges within the state over the continued #ENDSARS protests throughout the nation.

The state’s Commissioner for Training, Mrs. Folasade Adefisayo, gave the directive in a press release titled: “Lagos directs college students to remain at residence,” and issued by the Head of Public Affairs within the ministry, Kayode Abayomi.

She mentioned the colleges have been shut down over “rigidity generated by the protests towards the now-disbanded Particular Anti-Theft Squad (SARS).”
