"Bulk Of Education Budget Is Spent On 10,500 Professors"

Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, the Nigeria minister of state for training has disclosed that the large sum of cash budgeted for training in Nigeria is normally spent on the 10,500 professors within the nation.

Nwajiuba who mentioned this in an interview with The Punch, slammed the Educational Employees Union of Universities and additional advised them that no sector within the nation was getting sufficient cash.

He accused the union of utilizing strikes to drive public college college students overseas and to non-public universities.

Nwajiuba mentioned;

“Really, there have been lots of people asking me as minister what I feel is the actual intention of ASUU. In the event you take a look at it critically, what ASUU is attaining by this (strike) is driving college students to non-public universities and overseas.
