A NAN report has proven that the C, Kano/Jigawa Command arrested a Dubai-Sure passenger in possession of 5,342 ATM playing cards on the Malam Aminu Kano Worldwide Airport, Kano.

The Customs Space Comptroller, Mr Nasir Ahmed, said this whereas handing over the suspect to the Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee, on Wednesday, in Kano.

Ahmed stated the suspect was arrested whereas about to board a Dubai-bound Ethiopian Airways with the ATM playing cards hid in two sacks of beans.


”It may be assumed that the suspect can withdraw as much as a million in a day, on the detriment of the nationwide financial system.

”We handed over the suspect, his passport, and different travelling paperwork to the EFCC for additional investigations,” Ahmed stated.

Commenting on different actions of the service, Ahmed stated the command generated over N2.three billion in September.
