Former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has expressed unhappiness over the loss of life of ex-Governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, describing his passage as an ideal loss to the nation.

In a condolence message to the Ajimobi household and the Authorities and other people of Oyo State, Jonathan famous that the late Ajimobi was “a public-spirited chief who impressed many to be honest and forthright in service.”

Jonathan within the condolence message stated additional: “He was a seasoned technocrat, a profitable businessman and a skillful politician whose legacies will proceed to endure.”

The previous President additionally highlighted the revolutionary information of Ajimobi who turned Oyo’s first two-time governor, including that he was “a notable achiever who left a legacy of progress, peace and safety in Oyo State.”

Dr. Jonathan additional described Senator Ajimobi as a decided chief and dedicated patriot, noting that “he certainly achieved his dream of leaving Oyo state higher than he met it.”
