The European Union (EU) has reacted to the brutal killing of protesters on this planet’s most populous black nation, Nigeria.

The EU says it’s shocked over the killings within the wake of the #EndSARS protests.

The EU mentioned this in a press release titled, ‘Assertion by the Excessive Consultant/Vice-President Josep Borrell’ on Wednesday.

It mentioned it was wanting ahead to seeing the type of reforms that may be put in place to make sure police reforms.

The assertion learn, “It’s alarming to be taught that a number of folks have been killed and injured in the course of the ongoing protests in opposition to the Particular Anti-Theft Squad in Nigeria. It’s essential that these accountable for abuses be dropped at justice and held accountable. Following the federal government’s will to ship on reforms, we count on to see decisive implementation.”

Troopers had opened fireplace on protesters on the Lekki tollgate on Tuesday evening.
