The letter, which was signed by Silas Onu and Auta Nyada, listed 10 allegations in opposition to el-Rufai and his son, Bello, who’s a Particular Adviser to Kaduna Central lawmaker, Senator Uba Sani.

The attorneys recalled that el-Rufai had through the run-up to the 2019 normal elections threatened that any foreigner who interfered within the election would go away Nigeria in “physique baggage”.

They said that a number of human rights teams had ranked el-Rufai low for his intolerance for the opposition.
