LASG Set To Arraign Trailer Driver And Owner Who Killed Chidinma Ajoku And Colleague

The Lagos State Authorities will right this moment arraign the motive force of a container-laden truck and its proprietor over the loss of life of Ms Chidinma Ajoku, 27, and Chima Nnaekpe, 29, The Punch stories.

Chidinma and her colleague, Nnaekpe, who each labored within the Industrial Division, Hajj & Cargo Terminal on the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria died on July 26, 2020, when a truck with quantity plate SGM 715 XA loaded with a 20ft container fell on a industrial bus they had been on.

The 2 had been coming back from work and their danfo had stopped briefly to discharge some passengers on the Isolo space when tragedy struck. The stays of the 2 had since been buried.


However Chidinma’s mom, Mrs Chineze Ajoku, had vowed to get justice for her daughter and her colleague.

Mrs Ajoku, in a really touching video that went viral, decried the actions of container-laden vehicles within the state whereas calling on Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to verify their operations and put in place crucial laws to safe the lives of highway customers.
