Nollywood legend, Hilda Dokubo has opened up on the struggles of a unique pores and skin tone and hair texture that many imagine is that of a combined race.

She revealed that she will get a variety of questions on her hair, complexion, and heritage or race.

The Cross River-born revealed this on Monday when she opened up concerning the pressures of being totally different on Instagram.

She wrote:

Day by day, folks endure discrimination induced concern of varing levels relying on the stress from the one who considers him/herself superior.
Others are stigmatized for being totally different, simply because they’re dwelling with an ailment, a virus or a complexion… and so on
Florence and I dwell with this and are survivors.
I survived it via childhood, teenage, younger grownup and now full grownup. I’m glad to work along with her and plenty of others as we open up our world to you in a podcast.
We’re black, we’re totally different, we didn’t play any function in deciding to what dad and mom we’re delivery or what complexion we flip up in… within the voice of @k8henshaw

The whites assume we’re not white sufficient, the blacks say we’re not darkish sufficient…
