A former Deputy Governor of the Central Financial institution of Nigeria, Dr Obadiah Mailafia has cried out saying that his life is at risk.


In accordance with Punch, Mailafia was reacting to the third invitation prolonged to him by the Division of State Companies.


The previous CBN deputy governor, in an announcement in Jos on Friday, described the most recent DSS invitation as a political persecution and urged well-meaning folks to hope for his security.

Recall that the DSS had invited Mailafia twice over a remark he made on a radio station northern governor was a top-ranking member of the Boko Haram sect.
