NDDC Has Failed Niger Delta -Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila

Femi Gbajabiamila, Speaker of Home of Representatives,has disclosed that the Niger Delta Improvement Fee (NDDC) has failed the folks of the area.

The Speaker of the Home of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila has said that the Niger Delta Improvement Fee (NDDC) has failed the area despite the large funds at its disposal.
