Ngige Apologises To NASS Over Faceoff With Keyamo

Chris Ngige

The Minister of Labour and Productiveness, Dr Chris Ngige, has apologised to the Nationwide Meeting over the behaviour of the Minister of State within the Ministry,  Festus Keyamo, on the federal parliament final week.

Ngige tendered the apology when he led Keyamo to a gathering with the President of the Senate, Senator Ahmad Lawan, on Tuesday.

Ngige appealed to the Nationwide Meeting for forgiveness on behalf of Keyamo and urged them to place his mistake apart and work for the success of the nationwide project positioned on their shoulders.

The faceoff between Kayamo and the federal lawmakers final week compelled the nation’s parliament to droop the recruitment of 774, 000 Nigerians within the  Particular Public Works Programme 2020 being undertaken by the Ministry.
