Niger Republic, a rustic that began industrial oil manufacturing in 2011, now exports petroleum merchandise to Nigeria.

The ability is at the moment turning out liquefied petroleum gasoline, 7 per cent; gasoline, 32 per cent; and diesel, 61 per cent, to allow it optimise stranded crude provide.

Niger constructed its refineries in lower than three years, pushing utilisation from zero to about 90 per cent in 2019.
