A Nigerian man is at present demanding justice for his brother-in-law, Collins Osagie, who was allegedly overwhelmed to demise by naval officers stationed at Naval Base AfroMedia Bus cease Alongside Lagos-Badagry Specific Approach on Monday, August 17.
