The Oyo State Excessive Court docket has remanded an Ibadan-based college proprietress, Motunrayo Olasebikan on Thursday over alleged involvement in a visa rip-off.

The defendants pleaded not responsible to the fees.

 

Following the plea of the defendants, the prosecution, led by Ben Ubi, requested the courtroom for a trial date and urged the courtroom to remand them in custody.

 

The defence counsel, A. B. C. Ademiluyi and S. O. Alli, prayed the courtroom for a brief adjournment to listen to the bail purposes of their shoppers.

 

Justice Akintola subsequently adjourned the case until October 7 for the listening to of the bail purposes and ordered that the defendants be remanded within the EFCC’s custody.
