Police Arrests Six Suspects In Connection With Ebutte Meta Attack (Photo)


The Suspects

Six suspects have been apprehended by the Lagos State Police Command for attacking harmless residents and damaging autos alongside Ondo Avenue, Ebutte-Meta space of Lagos, Southwest Nigeria on Tuesday night time, October 13.

The hoodlums suspected to be cultists destroyed automobiles across the space throughout a conflict.

Confirming the arrest of the suspects, the spokesperson of the Lagos State Police Command, Muyiwa Adejobi, mentioned at about 9.30pm on Tuesday, the hoodlums trooped out in numbers and began inflicting bother within the space, however the police, whereas responding to misery calls from harmless individuals, chased and arrested a few of them.

He gave the names of the suspected hoodlums as Qudus Oke, 22; Abdullahi Ajose, 25; Kayi Ajayi, 33; Micheal Ben, 27; Godwin Joseph, 25 and Oluwasegun Akinlade, 29.

Adejobi quoted the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, CP Hakeem Odumosu, as vowing to get Lagos rid of hoodlums, hooliganism, gangsterism, cultism, and different social vices.

The Commissioner mentioned all arms are on deck within the command to withstand any act able to jeopardizing safety networking of the state and inflicting pains and agonies to Lagosians throughout the ember months and past.
