The #RevolutionNow motion and Nationwide Affiliation of Nigeria College students (NANS) are at the moment protesting hike in petrol worth, electrical energy tariff and cable TV subscriptions amongst others in Osun state.

Recall that the Federal Authorities final Wednesday, via the Petroleum Pricing Advertising Firm (PPMC), elevated the ex-depot worth of petrol from N138 to NN151.56 per litre, forcing entrepreneurs to extend pump worth from N148 to N162 per litre.

The protesters, who converged on the Nelson Mandela Freedom Park, Previous Storage in Osogbo, marched to Ola-Iya junction.

They have been armed with placards with a number of inscriptions chanting anti-government songs.
