Rivers Government Proscribes IPOB, Places N50m Bounty On Wanted Stanley Mgbere

The Indigenous Folks of Biafra (IPOB) has been outlawed by the Rivers State authorities.

ChannelsTV experiences Governor Nyesom Wike made the announcement in a state-wide broadcast on Friday in Port Harcourt, following experiences of violence in components of the state.

He blamed the proscribed group for the latest assaults on some Native Authorities Areas (LGAs), particularly in Oyigbo LGA.

The governor additionally declared one Stanley Mgbere from Onne in Eleme LGA needed and positioned a bounty of N50 million on him. The cash might be paid to any one that can present credible data that may result in his arrest and prosecution.
