SARS: Buhari govt begs Naira Marley against protest

The Minister of Youths and Sports activities, Sunday Dare, on Monday, urged in style Nigerian singer, Naira Marley to desist from embarking on his peaceable protest.

Naira Marley had known as for a peaceable protest over the illegality of some operatives of the Particular Anti-Theft Squad, SARS.

The singer had vowed to steer the protest towards injustice meted out on Nigerians.

Advising the singer towards the protest, the minister mentioned the federal authorities was decided to deal with the difficulty.

In a tweet, the minister wrote: “I urge you and different youth to not embark upon any protest. Your grievances are being addressed on the highest stage of presidency.

“Because the Minister in command of youth I do know this is a matter that should be tackled. Authorities is doing simply that.”
