Yusuf Olatunji, a 20-year-old man, on Thursday appeared in an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court docket for allegedly stealing music gear value N365,000 from The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Ojokoro, Lagos.

The police charged Olatunji with conspiracy, housebreaking, stealing, and harm.

He pleaded not responsible.

Eruada stated the defendant broke into the church at Adura Ojokoro in Lagos and stole a keyboard and two mixer s value N365,000.

Eruada stated the offence contravened the provisions of sections 411, 311, 287, and 350 of the Legal Legislation of Lagos State 2015.

Chief Justice of the Peace T.O. Tanimola, admitted the defendant to bail within the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.

Tanimola adjourned the case till Nov. 9, for additional listening to.
