The Rivers state police command has arrested two suspected cultists and oil thieves for allegedly killing and burying alive three individuals they accused of feeding the police with details about their unlawful bunkering actions within the state.

The kidnap victims, Baridomale Sunday Tor, Baridon Gbarabera, and Barisiton Nawee, had been mentioned to have been buried alive with their mouths and palms tied by their abductors on March 14. The lads had been declared lacking after they did not return house.

Following months of detailed investigation, two suspected cultists, Barididum Danaa, aka ‘kill and bury’ and his confederate, Prophet Nkpe, each members of the dreaded Degbam Cult group, had been arrested they usually led males of the Anti-cultism Unit of the Police Command to the world the place the three our bodies had been exhumed.

When interrogated, the suspects admitted they had been members of Deygbam Cult group and that they tied the victims’ palms and legs and buried them alive in shallow effectively. Barididum Daana confessed that the three victims had been buried alive as a result of they found that they had been informants to safety businesses about their unlawful oil bunkering actions within the space.
