The Christian Affiliation of Nigeria, CAN has come beneath assault following the declaration by its Lagos chapter Chairman, Apostle Alex Bamgbola that Femi Fani-Kayode would grow to be the president of Nigeria sometime.

The chairman of the Lagos State chapter of the Christian Affiliation of Nigeria (CAN), pronounced that the previous Minister of Aviation, will rule Nigeria sometime if he stays humble.

The pronouncement has stirred reactions from some Nigerians on social media who accused CAN of disgracing Christianity within the nation and dragging itself into partisan politics.
